“JUST DO IT.” Is Not Just A Slogan!

For me, those words are some of the most difficult ones I’ve ever heard. And I’m sure that is the case for many that wore their Nike shoes in competition, or even just for fun!

Why are those three little words so difficult? Well, whatever it is that you are setting out to do is by definition, something you are afraid to do at some level, or you would do it, or more precisely, already have done it, without a thought.
