“If we would all just fully do that which we are passionate about
and understand the principles for how to bring that into being, then I
believe the world would work perfectly and that is why I do what I do.” ~ Jack Canfield

“JUST DO IT.” Is Not Just A Slogan!
Why are those three little words so difficult? Well, whatever it is that you are setting out to do is by definition, something you are afraid to do at some level, or you would do it, or more precisely, already have done it, without a thought.

Fitness Guru Jack LaLanne Dies at Age 96
The godfather of physical fitness, Jack LaLanne, died at his coastal California home in Morro Bay from respiratory failure due to pneumonia. He was 96.
LaLanne, who was only 5'6" tall, didn't start watching how he lived until he was 15. He was born Francois Henri LaLanne in San Francisco, California. He felt the effects of sugar and bleached flour in his diet. After hearing a health lecture, he devoted his life to following a diet of raw, unprocessed foods. His staples: two meals a day and no snacks.
And did he ever exercise, relentlessly. At age 60 he swam from Alcatraz Island to Fisherman’s Wharf while pulling a 1,000-pound boat, handcuffed. At 70, shackled again, he pulled 70 people in 70 boats 1½ miles through Long Beach Harbor.
As he liked to say, "I can't die. It would ruin my image."
LaLanne opened the nation's first modern health club in Oakland, California in 1936, and it featured exercise equipment, a juice bar and health food store. Eventually this developed into a 100-strong Jack LaLanne gym chain across the country.
His syndicated The Jack LaLanne Show, which opened with his performing jumping jacks under the credits in his signature belted jumpsuits. His show debuted in 1959 and ran for 34 years, solidifying his reputation. After more than 3,000 shows, LaLanne, who owned all rights, repackaged the program and leased it to ESPN Classic.
I loved this guy and watched him from the time I was able to figure out what "fitness" was! Jack will surely be missed!

Feel Good Paperweights?
When the trade winds come up, paperweights are a necessity here on Maui!
I remember painting rocks in art class in elementary school to take home as gifts for mothers and fathers day. Haven't we come a long way? Now you can buy stones with inspirational words on them.
"Feel Good Stones" I call them. Not only do they keep my papers from flying away, but they inspire me to relax, regain my energy, and stay in my flow.
Those skills are important to being a money magnet because they enable you to stay focused on your goals. Try it. You might like it.
Oh, and a stone painted by child is the ultimate as it will bring a smile to your face every time you see it.
So get some "feel good stones" today!

Hanauma Bay Dive
I love the ocean! It would be tough to live in Hawaii if you didn't! The gorgeous blue waters sparkle with joy as the sun hits the waves.
Enjoy this latest series of photos and videos taken yesterday by Bill Stohler at beautiful Hanauma Bay on Oahu.
Bill says "After a four month hiatus, we returned to the sheltered waters of Hanauma Bay. We had a good dive! 50 feet, 83 minutes, 79 degrees (warmest waters of the summer)."
(When in Flickr slideshow mode, click on the “Info On” at the top of the page to see the names of the the photos.)
Enjoy!

Biking on Maui
My son, Robby, lives with me here on Maui. His passion is mountain biking and he is really good! See him flying through the air?
I'm so grateful that we live in Maui where Robby can bike year round. Lots of bike pros come to Maui to ride and he is developing a lot of friendships from all over the world.
There are so many benefits to living in Maui if you love the outdoors. Most people think you can't live in paradise because it is "too expensive".
My feeling is that you should pick where you want to live and then just earn enough money to support that livestyle. That sounds better doesn't it?
Enjoy the Outdoors,
Lori On Maui

The Secret To Money
"In a Free-Enterprise based economy, the amount of money you make is directly proportional to how many people you serve. So, if you want to make a lot of money, simply find a lot of people to serve, and serve them well."
This quote is from Beyond the Fear Factor by Dr. Peter Pearson.
Although simple, many people don't look at it this way!
I find that I can stay financially fit, and have "money" not be an issue in my life, if I focus on serving people well. The money just follows, as if by magic.
How do you make such a mindset change? There are many tools available to help you. Just enter you name and email above and I'll send you some tips!

Why Do I Live On Maui?
I live on Maui because I can! I love Maui and from the first moment I stepped off the plane from the mainland, I knew that this was where I was meant to live. It took my a while to get here, but it has been worth the wait.
I love Maui! I love the people, I love the lifestyle and of course I love the weather. The beach is great and sunset is my favorite time of day. I watch the sun set over the beautiful Pacific ocean every night from my living room. It is the most relaxing time of my day!
Where would you live if you could live anywhere you want? What would you do if money was no longer an issue? What are your dreams?
You can achieve your dreams by getting financially "fit" and I can show you how. Just enter your name and email above for a complimentary Financial Fitness Makeover session.

Wonderful Grandson
Wow, just had to show you my wonderful grandson and daughter-in-law. My first grandchild, Caleb just turned 6 months old.
Caleb lives with my son and his wife in California, so I don't get to see them as much as I'd like.
There is a downside to living in paradise!!!
But I get to California when I can to get hugs and cuddles from the most beautiful baby on earth.
Staying connected with family is so important when you live far away. Blogs are a great way and thank goodness for streaming video!!!

Are You a Money Magnet?
I became a money magnet over 15 years ago in 1992! I can show you how to be one also. It isn't hard! You just need to learn a few new skills and then practice them.
Staying financially fit takes vigilance, just like staying physically fit. There are many different exercises you can do depending upon what you like.
Here is the strategy that has worked so well for me for so long ...
Listen to this video every day for 30 days. I listened to it over and over (and over and over). My kids still hate it! But it works to change your mindset!
And Michelle Blood is an awesome woman. When I met her in 1992, she was touring with Bob Proctor. What a pair! I was 5-years new to direct sales and MLM when I met them.
Click here to try it - it is fast, simple, fun and IT WORKS!
Enjoy!

What is Financial Fitness?
Financial Fitness is like physical fitness. When you are physically fit, you are healthier, your life runs smoother and you have more time and energy to do the things that inspire you. Well, it is the same with your financial health!
If your finances are "out of shape", you will be sluggish, bogged down and not operating at your peak potential. The good news is that a financial fitness plan is much easier to develop and maintain than a physical fitness program! So what's stopping you?
Don't worry about money another day! Take the first step towards getting financially fit by requesting your complimentary Financial Fitness Makeover now by entering your information above.
